Welcome to Hair & Beauty Seaham — where style meets serenity. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Deposits
• Certain services require a non-refundable deposit.
• Deposits are transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in loss of deposit.
• Missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. This allows us to protect our team’s time and offer availability to other clients.
3. Patch Testing
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before certain colour, tinting or lash treatments, in line with manufacturer and insurance guidelines.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of your appointment.
4. Consultations & Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Under 18s Policy

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.

Certain treatments (including chemical services, advanced skin treatments, and lash extensions) may not be available to clients under 16.

For clients aged 16–17, parental consent may be required for selected treatments.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to minors where appropriate. Our priority is always safety, suitability, and wellbeing.
6. Social Media & Photography Consent
From time to time, we may take photographs or videos of treatments, hair transformations, or finished results for use on:

We will always request verbal or written consent before capturing or posting identifiable images.
If you consent to photography:

Clients under 18 will require parental or guardian consent before any photography is taken or shared.
7. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, time required, or additional services requested. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to proceeding.
