Returns Policy

This policy operates in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of purchase

  • A repair or replacement after 30 days (where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used haircare, skincare, or beauty products

  • Gift vouchers

  • Special order items

  • Clearance items (where stated at purchase)
